While I can read Japanese passably well, the same can't be said for my Internet browser.
I don't know which part is Japanese, the girl don't even have the typical eyes that cover 3/4 of her face like below. Now that is Japanese.
Someday I might just press 'Translate' for the hell of it and see what happens.
